The company was established in February, 1992. Since that time we have been manufacturing, selling and installing retail support products worldwide.

21 YEARS of PRESENCE: Shopguard has affiliated companies in Austria, Baltic's, Finland, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, UK, Ukraine and Canada, and distributors in most other countries of the world. As a result of 18 years of excellence, there are to date more than 20,000 retail stores worldwide in more than 40 countries equipped with Shopguard products installed by our company and/or its partners.

CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY: Shopguard has some 55 employees at Head Office in Budapest, 14 of whom are dedicated members of the R&D team, providing state-of-the-art technological solutions for protecting the retail industry from theft. On top of this over 50 people are involved in production at our production plant in Hungary and our factory in China.

SOURCE TAGGING: Shopguard RF EAS technology is compatible with all types and accessories of RF systems and supports contemporary RF based Source Tagging. Our systems can monitor isle widths of up to 2 meters (over 6 feet).

LOOP ALARM: Shopguard's State-of-the-Art loop alarm system has been a worldwide success lately with the largest Electronics retailers from Europe through North America.
